Consultancy
Support and advice for any aspect of implementing or maintaining your business continuity, information security, quality or other management system. Whether you need a helping hand to get started, or support throughout the development process and beyond, we will provide practical help based on our personal knowledge and experience making sure you have robust work arrangements in place.

Gap Analysis
Get one step ahead for the audit or for reporting progress to your management team. An informal, independent assessment to gauge progress towards implementing your management system. We will provide you with a detailed written report of our findings and recommendations.

Pre Certification Assessment
A more formal audit aimed at identifying the level of compliance with your standard. A detailed written report will be delivered with our findings and any actions needed to meet the requirements of the standard. We will manage your expectations in terms of readiness for certification.

Training
Bespoke in-company training, designed to meet the needs of your business. All courses are developed following a fact finding meeting with you, during which we will work with you to understand your learning needs and how best to achieve them. Perpetual Solutions favour and apply Accelerated Learning techniques to all its training courses to obtain maximum delegate participation and achieve the desired learning objectives. In house test papers can be developed as required and all training courses will result in either a certificate of attendance or achievement, as appropriate.

Performance and Compliance Audits and Management System Support
A Performance Audit will look at the overall performance and effectiveness of your system and we will work with you to improve your procedures and obtain maximum benefit from your system. We will produce a detailed written report to support our findings.

Compliance Audits will take the requirements of a management system standard and use them as the basis of your audit. Formalised action plans will be developed and followed through to a satisfactory conclusion with the aim of further enhancing your system whilst remaining compliant. The detailed written report and action plan produced can be used as documentary evidence during your external audits.

Internal Audits conducted by us on your management system. Ideal where you have limited trained resource or value the opportunity for someone independent of your operations, to objectively assess your processes against the requirements of a standard. We can also conduct integrated audits where you have more than one management system standard operating in a combined manner.

Are you a Certification Body with your own Product, Process or Service Scheme? We have direct experience undertaking internal audits to BS EN ISO/IEC 17065 and provide a fresh perspective to your Scheme management and performance.

Our auditor is Hilary Estall MBCI. Hilary is an IRCA registered Lead Auditor in Business Continuity Management Systems and Auditor to ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 44001 and has over 20 years auditing experience.
